Remember Obama back in 2008? He was very charismatic, very articulate and his speeches moved us. This is no surprised since Obama is well educated. However, something happened to him and he can now barely speak without stuttering.

He now needs a TelePrompter every-time he speaks. He also failed on all of his promises.
