Orange County Housing Bubble - History repeats itself

Looks like it time for the banks and realtors to take advantage of new home buyers.

Lets buy a foreclosed home for $290k, and then list it at $500k! Then charge 5% interests on a 300k mortgage that most people cannot afford. Hoping that they will default so we can do it all over again. This is a fucking scam and it's no wonder so many people are living in debt.

US War spending equals 94% of all Federal Income Tax Revenue

This puts things in perspective. In 2010, the US government collected $898 billion in federal income tax revenues. The same year, we spent $847 billion on useless wars and national defense. That means that 94% of all federal income tax revenue is equivalent to what we spend on the Pentagon.
