About Us...

Exposing the lies and seeking truth doesn't = Hate. This is not a Kate Hate Site. A 'Kate Hate Site" wouldn't have "Shame on Kate AND Shame on Jon" in the reaction box.

Just a place where bloggers and commenters can share an open discussion on all things related to the Gosselins.

This blog was created to expose the spins and lies shared by the media and by several individuals who continue to spread filth and garbage for their own self-interests.

This blog will expose those who continue to spread lies as "truth" and those who base their beliefs and support for one individual based on those lies.

More Government Waste: Homeland Secuirty ordered too many drones

Our Government is spending billions of tax money on stupid things we don't need. Again, all by design.

Republicans who run these companies that manufactures these drones installs a plant in Government. This plant "okays" a bunch of useless spending so that the companies and make billions at tax payers expense.

Funny how we don't have any money for Education, but these idiots in Washington can't seem to stop wasting money on stupid drones to fly around in circles doing nothing.

The Homeland Security Department ordered so many drones it can’t keep them all flying and doesn’t have a good plan for how to use them, according to a new audit that the department’s inspector general released Monday.

Since fiscal year 2004, when CBP conducted its first pilot study of using drones, the federal government has spent $240.6 million on the program, with each Predator B drone costing about $14 million.

Defense and War spending equal 94% of Tax Revenues

What's missing from the debt-ceiling discussion, albeit nothing new to DB readers, is spending on wars and the pentagon. It's not even being mentioned as a possibility in any of the competing debt plans, despite the following undeniably depressing and disgusting facts:

From Reddit:

I thought this kind of puts things in perspective. In 2010, the US government collected $898 billion in federal income tax revenues. The same year, we spent $847 billion on useless wars and national defense. That means that 94% of all federal income tax revenue is equivalent to what we spend on the Pentagon. Who out there thinks it was money well spent?

Also, just to piss you off a little bit more - defense spending is equivalent to 443% of what we collect in total corporate taxes.

Why America is Broke and Why we are always at War

Leaked Audit shows Boeing overcharging the Amry as much as 177,000% for Helicopter Spare parts. And these stupid Republicans cry about the money being spent on Education and Social Programs.

When the real issue is these idiots are paying $700 for a replacement part the size of a dime that only cost 4 cents to manufactuere and for parts the DOD already has sitting in the Warehouse.

This is why America is in trouble. Stupid fucking Republicans who keep the cycle going so THEY can make money of the Middle Class. We are still in Iraq and Afghanistant and hundreds of other Countries just to keep Boeing and other Corporations in business.

Not sure why any Middle Class American would vote Republican. And the funny thing is, all these inbred hicks from the South living off the Governemnet are the ones parading around showing their support for the Republicans. Freaking idiots.

Leaked Audit: Boeing Overcharged Army Up to 177,000 Percent on Helicopter Spare Parts

$644.75 for a small gear smaller than a dime that sells for $12.51: more than a 5,100 percent increase in price. $1,678.61 for another tiny part, also smaller than a dime, that could have been bought within DoD for $7.71: a 21,000 percent increase. $71.01 for a straight, thin metal pin that DoD had on hand, unused by the tens of thousands, for 4 cents: an increase of over 177,000 percent.

Taxpayers were massively overcharged in dozens of transactions between the Army and Boeing for helicopter spare parts, according to a full, unredacted Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG) audit that POGO is making public for the first time. The overcharges range from 33.3 percent to 177,475 percent for mundane parts, resulting in millions of dollars in overspending.

Why Social Security is in trouble you ask?

People wonder where all the money went. It's pretty simple. Our own Government has been "borrowing" from it to pay off it debt and useless spending on Wars for Big Corporation.

We pay 5 separate taxes. (FICA 'Social Security', FICA Medicare, Federal and State and SDI).

For our Government to use our Social Secuirty funds for anything other than what it was intended, is simply ILLEGAL.

HOLLINGS: Well, the truth is...ah, shoot, well, we all know there's Washington's math problem. Alan Sloan in this past week's Newsweek says he spends 150%. What we've been doing, Mr. Chairman, in all reality, is taken a hundred billion out of the Social Security Trust Fund, transferring it over to the spending column, and spending it.

Our friends to the left here are getting their tax cuts, we getting our spending increases, and hollering surplus, surplus, and balanced budget, and balanced budget plans when we continue to spend a hundred billion more than we take in.
