I have tried everything I could get my hands on. But have always used prescription ointments (steroids) without knowing the side effects of using them long term. As I got older, I started to look for more natural cures and that when I discovered essential oils.
The first thing I tried was organic coconut oil. That did not help at all (for me at least). The next thing I tried was Jojoba oil. And that somewhat helped. It did stop the itch and started to heal the rash. But like the prescription ointment, it worked but then it didn't.
After more research, I came upon this Organic Hemp Seed Healing Balm! I bought it right away and Amazon shipped it to me in a day. (It's nice to live near their shipping warehouse).
After applying this for about 2 days, I strated to notice that the rash was going away. A lot faster than it was when using some of the prescription creams. After about a week, the quarter sized rash was completely gone on my thigh.
However, the dime sized one on my left calf is still there. But it's slowly going away. I just need to stop scratching it in my sleep! Everyone is different, so it helps to try out all the products you can find and find out which one works for you.
The good thing about the Organic Hemp Seed Healing balm is that it contains at least 8 of the essential oils that has been known to help with our skin conditions.
Ingredients: * Organic Hempseed Oil
* Sweet almond oil
* apricot kernel oil
* avocado oil
* sunflower oil
* jojoba oil
* cocoa butter
* shea nut butter
* candelilia wax, Vitamin E & Rosemary Extract
