Maybe the kids were picked on because of the Kate Plus 8 episode where they threw up on themselves? On maybe it was the potty training episode? I thought students who attended "Private Schools" were well behaved? Well, we all know what a bitch Kate is... Jon was right all along.
Kate Gosselin’s Daughter Gets Suspended From School For Fighting! Is Kate Causing This Bad Behavior?
Source: HollyBabyOne of Kate Gosselin’s 6-year-old daughters was reportedly suspended from her elementary school for fighting. Experts tell HollyBaby.com that Kate’s attitude is adversely affecting her kids.
Kate Gosselin’s eight kids ( 6-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, Joel and 10-year-old twins Cara and Madelyn) are starting to act out! One of the sextuplets was reportedly kicked out of their Lancaster County Day School for two weeks! A source close to the family tells Us that the little girl was suspended from school for hitting a classmate. “Hitting another child is an aggressive act. It’s bullying! Schools are finally taking bullying very seriously,” says New York City-based psychologist Dr. Gilda Carle. And she thinks that Kate is to blame for this!
“Kate’s controlling behavior could definitely play a part in her daughter’s unwillingness to be so constrained,” Dr. Carle tells HollyBaby.com. She is quick to point out that Kate’s divorce from Jon Gosselin may have triggered the girl’s out-of-control actions, “especially since these parents continue to go at each other, putting the kids in the middle.” Adding to kids’ instability is the fact that they “are never sure if Kate’s going to yell at them or be nice,” says the insider.
But Dr. Carle is especially disturbed by the way that Kate reportedly handled her daughter’s incident at school. The insider tells Us that Kate yelled at the girl, “You’re embarrassing me!” which Dr. Carle says was the worst thing to do. “Here’s a kid who’s acting out, and Kate makes this all about her! What Kate should do is discuss with her daughter why she’s acting out — not by yelling at her or lecturing her, but by listening to what the child has to say,” she says. “I suspect there’s very little listening in that household, only dictatorial directions.”
We couldn’t agree more, Dr. Carle! Perhaps it’s time for Kate to step out of the spotlight and give her kids all of her attention, not just when the cameras are rolling.
