Kate is "pressuring Jon to reconsider his objections of the filming of their children". Kate says she is willing to work with TLC to drop their charges against him if Jon is willing to sell out their kids. This proves Kate does have a say in what TLC does wth Jon and that she wants TLC to sue Jon to put the "pressure" on him, so that he would consider giving up the kids for filming.

Here's a thought Kate...
Instead of dragging the kids into this, why not just lower the child support payments? Instead of 10k+ a month, why not lower it to something more reasonable? Give Jon something he can actually handle UNTIL he finds a job or is able to work in media when TLC removes the restrictions.
Why not request TLC to DROP their charges against Jon? Why wait until Jon releases the kids for filming before you talk with TLC? Maybe if TLC drops their charges, Jon could get a job in the media like you and the kids wouldn't have to be dragged back into the world of TLC.
That right Kate, it's not about the kids or the family is it Kate? We can see right thru you. If it's all about the family, why are you allowing TLC to ruin the single father of 8?

It's a good one alright. Yes, they've stuck themselves out there for so long that they've become the butt of all jokes. Of course, it's not their fault the children are being hurt and they're being mocked by just about everyone now. It's ours for talking about it. geesh...
WTF is Mike Heller doing? Mike Heller needs to STFU. This is proof that Mike Heller is on Team Kate.
Mike Heller once again opens his mouth to speak on Jon's behalf.
He is bashing Kate and saying that Jon is the "real" star. WTF?
Jon and Kate are NOT the star of the show.
Jon needs to DROP MIKE HELLER immediately as his lawyer. This is just getting WAY OFF TRACK.
Just when people were bashing Kate for hitting the club and releasing a "Look at me, I'm Kate" book.
Mike Heller comes in to save the day for Kate and makes Jon look like a freaking tool. Jon was quiet the past 2 weeks and Heller has to ruin it.

Yes you did, SchmeckyGirl. You said we KNOW she doesn't play in the snow with the kids. We don't know that. When I asked you if you follow her 24/7 your defense was she said she didn't like to play in the snow once on TV. Of course the kids were littler then and having 6 preschoolers out in the snow at once sounds more like work than fun, but you hold Kate to that one statement. You have different standards for Kate than for Jon who contradicts himself almost as much as you, lol.
SG, we saw lots of pics of Kate and kids playing in the FRONT yard in the summer. We did not see them in the pool area, and only saw the backyard pics when paps had access via Jon.
Let's consider why we wouldn't see as many pap pics of Kate and the kids in the snow:
1. It's cold. They are outside less often than in the warmth of summer.
2. They don't sled on the driveway, but in the backyard out of sight of the paps.
3. The paps aren't there as much. It gets cold sitting in that field across the street in January so they are NOT THERE.
4. No access to the play area since TLC clamped down on Jon selling their privacy.
I'll apply your logic:
I haven't seen any pics of you making dinner for your kids on your blog, so I guess you don't so it! Lol! Haha!!! ;)
And where is the Christmas tree? Why don't you ever let your children have a nice Christams? I haven't seen a pic so I don't believe it happened or you would have posted it! Lol! Get it?
Kate has never played with her kids. She just screams at them when they surround her.
For example: Back to School episode. Show store, Kids were around her and Kate flipped out telling them to get away.
Shopping for leotards, Kate once again screams at them for standing next to her.
Farm to Table: Kate took the kids to the park. Kate sat on her but and said, "I would be running around with them but it's 900 billion degrees outside". LOL
Aaden Special day: Kate was a no show.
Colin Special day: Kate was a no show.
Joel Special day: Kate was a no show.
Jon showed up to each kids special day.
Even when Kate was there with the girls on their special day, she didn't spend time with them. She just stood on the sideline.
The SUMMER pics. LOL. Kate was outside with them yes. But she didn't PLAY with them.
Look at the sled pics during December with the kids. Jon was actually playing with them.
You get the idea. Just watch the show for more reference instead of talking out of your behind.
And Kate doesn't cook. She has personal chefs. Kate doesn't do laundry, that Nannies do. Remember Nana Janet folding the laundry? Yeah exactly.
What does Kate do? She stuffs the dirty laundry into the washing machine? LOL BIG DEAL! haha.

KateRox - We have all seen with our own eyes over the past 5 seasons that Kate does not play with her kids...she WATCHES them when they are outside. Thats a totally different animal all together. Jon on the other hand, we have seen actually PLAYING with the kids.

2. Kate's synthetic hair might freeze and crack off

I don't have the benefit of following Kate around 24/7, but I can say with confidence that she's either bipolar or both bipolar and narcissistic. And frankly, I don't care to follow her around 24/7. I don't get paid to care, nor am I emotionally invested.

I'm not sure why the standards should be the same for these two, since Kate had to hound Jon to have kids.
This is not a court of law, it's the court of public opinion. Kate chose the individual who would be the father of her children. That it wasn't the best choice does not excuse poor performance on her part. If anything, she should try harder. And by that I don't mean, becoming a star.
A fat lot of good all that college money is going to do those kids if they see their mother only try to take the easy way out.

I really don't think Kate has the power to lower the child support payments. The courts decide what the other parent is to pay.
Not sure about that. I know Jon can request a lower payment since he is currently unemployed. So why not do that instead of selling out his kids?
5 figures payment to a man that can't afford it? That's a minimum of 10k a month. Not exactly sure what they're basing that amount on.

Like I posted earlier. If Jon was broke, why is the court forcing him to pay 10k a month in child support.
Child support is based on income and assets. For Jon to pay a 5 figure amount, it's safe to say he has at the very least 120k in the bank.
Why else would they come up with such a number?

Yes, TLC and Kate were trying to conceal it. (Jon was, too, but not very hard. LOL) What I would love to know is why her fans -- who miss seeing the kids grow up, can relate to Kate, yada, yada, yada -- would take any new show as "reality". There is no way to know how THESE kids are growing up. All we would have is what TLC and Kate tells us.

If you saw the episode where Kate was potty-training, I'll bet you were disappointed that the pictures she took of the kids' turds didn't make the final cut. I think you should contact her and ask if you can buy a sample. She'd probably say yes.

Right, such a tool. When she and Jon were together she insisted she didn't want attention -- that she would give it back if she could. I guess that magazine is a scene publication. Their website features "model of the week" thumbnails. Maybe that's what she is but her picture is wacky.
I think Hailey egged Jon on to let her go on the insider and make the "abuse claims" so people would feel sorry for her.

Yes I remember reading on Radar that Hailey filed a police report on Jon Gossein while Jon was in PA with his kids. It was filed sometime in December before his apartment was "ransacked".
Hailey accused Jon of pushing her into a wall. A report was filed but an arrest was not made and no charges were made against Jon at the time.
But the police did state that Jon now has a police record and if anything like this were to happen again, Jon would be arrested.

Just to clear things up a bit: You have to be convicted of a crime in order to have a police record. An accusation is not a record.
From what I read, the police stated that Jon now has a record on file and that any more "complaints" regarding domestic abuse would lead Jon in Jail "now" that he has a record.
Of course this info was from Kaydar online so take it for what it is.

TLC does not want Jon back in the air. Not surprising, we already know that TLC wants to film the kids and Kate (Kate +8).
Even though Heller was quoted 2 days ago saying that Jon hopes his 2nd time around with TLC is more joyful. Exact meaning of that? Not sure.

I suppose Kate has been drawing a paycheck of some kind all this time. TLC may even have to pay back-pay to Jon although it may have been reduced or eliminated by costs of the suit or by contract clauses that covered TLC in the event of something like this.
The contract expires at the end of February, which explains the timing of the settlement. I feel sure TLC will exercise their option to renew; as long as they've got Jon by the balls, they've got the kids...if they want them, which is another subject entirely.
But things can't be pleasant between TLC and Jon. I doubt they would give him any airtime unless it translates into $$$ for TLC, in which case I'm sure they would put their unpleasant feelings aside. And I guess that can only happen if Heller is right, and Jon really can pull ratings, or if Jon's minimum allotted paycheck is so high that TLC can't justify just letting him sit on his ass.
So much is speculation though, since J & K can not legally reveal the details of the contract. The tidbits of info that I could easily were from, where else but, RadarOnline.
I think the only details of the agreement you will see leaked to ROL are those that puts TLC in a most favorable light, and of course it will be an unnamed source close to the situation.

I strongly suspect that your obsession with diagnosing people with mental illnesses might be because most of the labels you assign to others have been given to you at one time or another...by actual mental health professionals.
Histrionic personality disorder? You really might want to look at some of those characteristics, as they describe your own behavior here. For example, I think that labeing someone with whom you disagree about Kate Freakin' Gosselin "evil" with "poison dripping from her fangs" might just qualify as "express[ing] strong emotions with an impressionistic style."
PS. You might want to Google the term "quotation marks" and learn when to use them.

I saw your posts at sageway. I had questions that needed to be answered there today and opinions I wanted to share. I wanted them to know there are other viewpoints besides theirs, not that they cared or did it make a difference, but I felt I needed to try. Now I'm just reading there off and on so it's all good. It's either another publicity stunt or she's getting paid. She's so trashy. The next thing I research about Hailey Glassman will a Hate Hailey club.
Actually Hailey is so far past her 15 that she appears pathetic at this point. If she has proof Jon owes her money, there's absolutely no reason for her to go on TV to get it. Sue for it if he won't pay and be done. Hailey should be hiding out after that magazine article. She doesn't even know when to be embarrassed. She'll soon be gone because no one cares about her anymore. She might find it difficult to get a new beau since she's so free to publicize "personal" information on former boyfriends.

Thanks! I'm glad to know you saw them. As it were, I approached it tongue-in-cheek since, like you, I don't think it would make a difference. I had no reason to even think she wouldn't delete them. One can't know what to expect over there. You know, I assume that's how a Gosselin kid feels with Kate. Then again, it felt all political, like I would expect a battle to feel.
I suppose there's a lot of politics in everything, but I do especially get those vibes walking into the lion's den. :)
Actually, when I post I direct my comments more to those who are just lurking, and you know there's got to be many of those. I feel like those who are posting have already pretty much made up their mind and taken a stance.

Before the settlement, TLC didn't know what to do with Kate and the new show. Now, that Jon gave the "go ahead" to film the kids. TLC all of a sudden, knows exactly what to do with Kate and her new show.

She deleted my last one. That act only further reveals her irrationality and hypocrisy, but that's her prerogative.
That blog isn't about Kate, or hating hate, or whatever they say it's about, anyway. It's an "all about me" blog. It's Kate's attitude all over. But I'm not going to appeal any of the matter to any of them because it's a debate that's ultimately about feelings; I don't try to debate feelings. That's not to say I might not try to make Sage feel bad, but she "started it". The same goes for anyone who jumped(s) in on it.
Actually, if I feel like putting every single one -- at least, those who aren't so cowardly as to post anonymously -- of them on my sh*t list I will, because the allaboutmes accuse various individuals who've ever posted on this or that hate blog of condoning everything that goes on at the given blog. So, by their logic, everyone who posts on Stage's allaboutme blog condones everything that goes on there.
Come to think of it, they actually encourage anonymous posting. I recall seeing a discussion about the phenomenon there, and "Pattypie" asserted that it reflected some "weird new internet etiquette". That's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard, but no one challenged her on it. Therefore they are formally all on my sh*t list...toast, I say.
Yet even moreso I feel the entire thing is a waste of time. One would have to care about Stage's moods in order to care about that blog or be a fool in general, since it seems that she deleted a large block of posts...one might as well direct one's comments to the stratosphere.
For all practical purposes, they're dead to me. I unplug, as Lillian Glass would put it. Let the fools have their fun, although Stage's role doesn't look like fun to me. God only knows how she will deal with the continued "success" of her blog. Still, her problems are not mine -- not if I can't take her as a tax deduction -- and if she presumes otherwise, she's grandiose.

So Kate is going to Cali for 3+ months to film DWTS. How is appearing on DWTS benefiting the kids? She claims everything she does is for the kids.

Yes, what Kate says and what Kate does isn't always the same, is it?. Let's face it, after watching several episodes and, by her own admission of how controlling she is, I think the kids must drive her batty a lot of the time. If they're normal kids, they're getting harder and harder to control. At least this doesn't involve using the children. She's just not very athletic so I'm not sure how she's going to make it on the dance floor. I wonder if she will lead or follow?
So, TLC has no show for her.
Unless they release her from her contract, they would have to give their blessing for her to go on DWTS. I guess they would see no reason not to bless off on it since they have no work for her. Maybe they don't plan to use the kids anymore at all. Probably just waiting until summer, though.
Still, Khate has got to be the most self-absorbed creature on the face of the planet. She should be home not simply because she has eight young kids, but because she has eight young screwed-up kids. Things couldn't possibly be all good in that household, so soon after she was caught smacking Collin in the face. She should be supporting them through the healing process, and receiving therapy herself. And I don't mean dance therapy.
I guess she's planning on changing really nothing. I recall once reading that the prognosis for narcissists was poor, and the reason is probably that people who have grandiosity aren't capable of seeing fault in themselves.
Kate on DWTS? This is a so great news. The country needs a good laugh about now.

Who knows what TLC is doing. I'm wondering still if they're just trying to keep her busy until the contract runs out. Why would they renew an option if they can't find anything she can do for them on TV? Also there's the possibility they're finding spots here and there for her until they can work the kids back into some show specials. I can see that happening after a bit.
Maybe TLC is afraid of Kate going psycho on them. They surely realize that, if somehow something better than them were to come along, Kate would throw TLC under the bus. She doesn't seem to have any principles, although she pays lip-service to plenty. I guess the Pennsylvania Department of Labor still technically has an open investigation into violations of child labor laws. Who knows what else Kate has with which to blackmail TLC.
Kate has been away from the kids for at least 2 weeks. Where is she hiding?
