About Us...

Exposing the lies and seeking truth doesn't = Hate. This is not a Kate Hate Site. A 'Kate Hate Site" wouldn't have "Shame on Kate AND Shame on Jon" in the reaction box.

Just a place where bloggers and commenters can share an open discussion on all things related to the Gosselins.

This blog was created to expose the spins and lies shared by the media and by several individuals who continue to spread filth and garbage for their own self-interests.

This blog will expose those who continue to spread lies as "truth" and those who base their beliefs and support for one individual based on those lies.

Kate is PISSED she is home with the kids on Memorial Day

Notice that none of the kids are hugging her and she doesn't look too happy. When the kids are with Jon, Jon actually plays with them. Kate looks like a little 9 year old brat...

Yeah, I could be in Hollywood right now. I'm so famous. People so love me. Man, am I famous or what? (Katie singing to herself) "I will survive, aint no one gonna stop me, get up, get up. I'm the bestest mother in the world, I'm so pretty and so sweet. yeah".....

LOL, she's almost as delusional as her fans.

OMG, does she ever ever just play and have fun with her kids? Oh yeah, only when she's faking it for the TLC cameras. You know, I've said it before and I'll say it again - this wretch should not have ever had ONE kid, let alone eight!

scowl, scowl, everywhere a scowl. how awful for your kids to have a mom like you.

Wonder what Mady or Cara is thinking in that picture?

jibberjabbers said... [Reply]

Looks like Mady or Cara is being the grown up here. And Kate is throwing a fit.

I think she's mad she has to hang with her kids, for sure. But she still had the energy to drag herself to that hallowed driveway. The woman may also be mad that she still has the body of a cow. Those heavy duty spanx must be real comfortable under that too-tight tshirt.

I remember hearing once that when a child walks in to a room, one of the most loving things a parent can do is acknowledge that child with a kind word and smile. Kate is never looking at those children with a smile unless she is filming...it really is so very sad. I really wish Jon was the type of person who would stand up, get his affairs in order and go get his kids away from Kate. They do not have one adult who can save them right now.

Now that her six little money-makers are older and their immune systems are strong, Kate can let go of her fear that they will be killed by germs.

Thanks for the info!

Can't believe TLC hired a someone to attack the new Child Labor laws.

Hi jj,

Yep, it's pretty amazing to what lengths a corporation will go to line their pockets. I'm sure this is in part because this is like the first card in a house of cards for them. They are not only protecting their vested interest in Kate Gosselin, but also every other show that they produce that exploits children. If a precedent gets set here, it will hopefully be easier to get the other cards to fall.

^ You're just the person I wanted to see, itsaboutthekids. There's a part of a comment I made awhile back that I felt I should elaborate on -- "Parents have an unalienable right to direct the upbringing and education of their children." I don't know if that statement resulted in any misunderstanding, but I want to clarify it, just in case, because it is an important principle underlying federal child labor laws. It was not my intent to convey that the rights of parents should supersede the rights of children. It was that the rights of the government should not supersede the rights of parents.

Actually, there is more to it than that. Our government was instituted for the purpose of securing its citizens' unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness (by this the founding fathers meant material happiness, i.e., property, money). Sure, children are citizens too, but for the government to make laws respecting the upbringing of children is to usurp the rights of parents. The government has NO right to say what constitutes the proper upbringing of children. It's not the right of one individual, or of 200 million, to dictate how another individual raise their children.

It's one thing for us to say that Kate is an awful parent. It's quite another to expect the government, especially the federal government, to make reality shows stop using kids.

Hi OrderlyL,
No problem. I agree in general about parents having the right to raise their kids as they see fit without government interference. Of course that's as long as there is no type of abuse or neglect.

As much as I would never expose my children to reality shows as has happened with many of the kids on TV today, I don't see where it will ever be banned by federal laws. I'm afraid it's here to stay and that's just reality (lol, no pun intended). What I object to is when parents and networks like TLC have basically been given free reign to milk these kids for every penny they can get. When there's that much money on the table, there's just too much temptation to push for more and more from the kids rather than for someone to say stop, they've done enough. That's where I think it's important to have the laws and an independent person on-site to enforce those laws. I don't think the fox guarding the henhouse concept works when it comes to megabucks.

Add to ^

It seems certain "child advocates" have been misleading people about federal child labor laws. I guess that can be traced back to Paul Petersen. I don't know if their mistakes are honest ones, or if they are playing on people's ignorance about the FLSA, but here is an example. At the hearing in April, Gloria Allred stated, “Children working as performers are exempt from the fair labor laws.”

It is true that the FLSA allows minors of any age to work in TV, radio, film, etc., and does not restrict their hours. It treats them the same as minors who work in "the family business". Because that's basically what they are.

More importantly, the regulations that child advocates complain are missing from the FSLA don't belong there in the first place. The child labor provisions of the FLSA are designed to prohibit the employment of minors in hazardous jobs and to make sure the job doesn't interfere with school -- usually these are not issues affecting the child performer.

Counting the days down to when HER show tanks---and it will tank sheeples!--and TLC slams the door in her face. Good will prevail over this evil witch...

jibberjabbers said... [Reply]

Hopefully, it will sink FAST. I'm sure it will do okay in the 1st week, but watching Kate with no cute Kate to distract the viewers from Kate lack of personality and talent... People will get stick of it quick. Even the sheeple.

As far Kate plus 8.. Pretty sure the sheeple are going to be happy with this show. They were celebrated when they heard the news of the Return of the 8.

Pretty disturbing to read. A bunch of grown women getting all worked up that the kids are returning to TV.

Kate is upset because her Stevie boy isn't around.

jibberjabbers said... [Reply]

I think she's upset because she has to be home with the kids for 20 minutes before she heads off to the salon...

Kate doesn't spend real quality time with her kids. Who is she trying to fool?

my9cats said... [Reply]

I think there should be a calendar showing how many days Steve is at home with his own family.

^ Also Jamie Ayers... Who has her own sets of twins and a son...

No.. they ended up taking bad pictures intentally to make her seem so bad. She was not angry or whatever these people are trying to say about her. its all a load of crap. .and i happen to know kate better then any of you judging people. that think you know her, but if you did you would have the brain to know she wouldnt be singing such a stupid song in the first place.. thats were boundaries are crossed, and if anybody has a idea of what a lie is,, thats one.
