Are you kidding. Wasn't that the first day shooting with the kids? Kate probably was so supper excited that she had a accident.
They wear the same necklace, the pants were sure to follow.
This is unbelievably... cute! A woman who's churned out as many kids in as short a time as she has can be forgiven for the odd accident or two, especially when it's done so adorably.
